Hot and Spiced Peanuts



Ingredients:

Red skin peanuts 350g

Black cardamon 2

Star anises 2

Dried cutting chili 10 g


Method:

Step1

Wash raw peanuts thoroughly in cool water


Step2

Add peanuts, chili, black cardamon, star anises, ½ tablespoon salt, 400 ml water in a small bowl


Step3

Heat on high, until water comes to a boil, then turn the heat down, cook for 3-5 minutes, turn down to low, cover with a lid, cook for 20 minutes


Step4

Turn off the heat, rest for 30 minutes
