A colorful, tangy salad that brings out the best in dried mushroom flavor.
Ingredients
2 pounds dried mushrooms
4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper, or to taste
1 head leaf lettuce or any vegetable you like

Step1
Soak dried mushrooms for 1 hour and then wash and cut into small pieces
Wash wand cut into small pieces.

Heat the oil in a pan and fry the mushrooms until golden brown.

Place salad greens in a salad bowl.

Prepare salad dressing: minced garlic, olive oil, crushed black pepper, salt, lemon juice. Pour dressing and mushrooms over salad. Mix well.
